There is a non-refundable charge of 10% of the room rate.  The remaining 90% of the bill plus extras will be settled at the hotel.

The Express by Holiday Inn is located on the  Albert Docks - not far from the course venue.  The Albert Docks contain restaurants and bars as well as the Tate Liverpool art gallery.
